This project includes ground-up construction of a 265-unit, five-over-two student housing apartment project with a variety of unit types from studio to five-bedroom with each bedroom including their own bathroom. In total, the building is approximately 387,000 gross square feet with 169 parking stalls within a one-story, below-grade parking structure. Construction is four levels of wood-framing (Type IIIA) over three levels of cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete (Type IA).
