Innovation Next+ selected for DFW Airport $855M Terminal F Concourse & Skylink Project
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas - The Innovation Next+ design-build team, led by Archer Western Construction, has been selected for the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Terminal F Concourse and Skylink Station Project. The $855 million project will provide a new concourse building and associated Skylink Station infrastructure on the Terminal F site. This will be a new double-loaded (aircraft parking on both sides) concourse building anticipated to measure nearly 400,000 square feet.
Innovation Next+ is composed of Archer Western Construction, Turner Construction Company, Phillips May Corporation, H. J. Russell & Company and CARCON INDUSTRIES, with PGAL, Gensler and Muller2 as design team members.
Terminal F construction is anticipated to commence June 2024 and is scheduled to be operational by Q2 2027.
