This multi-level public parking facility includes more than 540 parking spaces and 12,000 square feet of additional commercial space. Construction of the structure was completed in one year, and services the general public and an adjacent medical building for the University of Chicago. The garage sits on a two-acre site and features a brick veneer facade with decorative metal accents. The project included 897 pieces of precast, with crews installing 15 pieces per day.
