This high-profile aquarium project included significant Oceanarium Exhibit and infrastructure improvements along with an office expansion, new terraces, and food and guest services improvements.

The Oceanarium portion included public viewing areas as well as back-of-house holding and caretaking areas. Highlights of the work include reconditioning and replacing air-handling units, installation of a new state-of-the-art whale scale and construction of a thermal warming pool. An Oceanarium theater features an automated curtain system to compliment neighboring Lake Michigan, as well as an elaborate audio visual system.
