This three-story steel and concrete retail store, with a three-level post-tensioned concrete parking garage, is located on a three-acre site in the South Loop area of Chicago. The façade is a combination of brick, ornamental iron, curtain wall, metal composite panels and architectural precast. The interior of the project consists of two floors of retail and a ground-floor stockroom served by nine elevators, two escalators and a loading dock on the western side of the building.
