The project is located in Holtwood along the Lancaster shore adjacent to the existing 102-MW Holtwood hydroelectric station. The project includes development of a 130-MW hydroelectric power generation plant expansion and shad restoration project at PPL Holtwood LLC’s existing hydroelectric plant.
