Archer Western is leading the joint venture to widen I-26 from 4 to 6 lanes for approximately 12 miles and from 4 to 8 lanes for approximately 4 miles in Irmo, SC. Archer Western will help lead the rebuilding of three interchanges; construction of a new drive-through weigh station; straightening the road to improve sightlines; and adding 306,000 square feet of noise barriers.
