This project included a milestone-driving 54-month schedule of 12.3 miles of new track expansion connecting to existing infrastructure alignment and an intricate three-phase system testing. Line sections were constructed alongside an existing railroad through residential, industrial and urban areas into downtown. The project also included nine at-grade stations, two aerial stations and four parking lots with a total of 1,507 parking spaces.
