New 24-Story High-Rise Opens to Dallas Residents
DALLAS, TX - Residents are moving into a new 24-story luxury residential high-rise in Dallas' Victory Park neighborhood. First known as Victory Block G, then rebranded as "The 23," this Lennar Multifamily Communities mixed-use property contains 285 apartment units, a 700-seat, eight-screen movie theater and 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail space

Designed by CallisonRTKL and built to LEED standards, the tower includes studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments with penthouse units lining its top two floors.
Each luxury apartment features hardwood floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, front-loading washers and dryers, custom lighting, high-end shelving and fixtures, as well as keyless entry.
Residents will also enjoy a community 8th floor amenity deck with a high-end fitness center, pool, an 8,000-square-foot sun deck, a catering kitchen, a Wi-Fi enabled lounge and private work spaces.
One of the most unique construction feats was the installation of six large escalators, two of which were 73 feet in length with 30 feet of rise that connect the tower and the cinema. Archer Western worked with a local rigging contractor and structural engineer to design a hoist beam system to support 40,000 pound loads.
