Archer Western breaks ground on 14-story Charlotte tower, featuring hotel and office space
CHARLOTTE, NC – Archer Western Construction and Panorama Holdings have broken ground on a 14-story mixed-use development in Charlotte’s Ballantyne neighborhood. Designed by The RBA Group, the project will include a 186-key hotel with office space and restaurant components, along with a three story addition to an existing parking garage.
The new hotel and mixed-use structure will be the latest addition to the revamped Ballantyne neighborhood that features four million square feet of Class A office space, several corporate headquarters, upscale shopping and numerous dining amenities.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2021.
The Ballantyne mixed-use development adds to Archer Western’s portfolio of Charlotte work; the firm completed the Savoy Apartments in the Uptown neighborhood earlier this year.
