Tim Meana to lead The Walsh Group's Canada construction operations
TORONTO, ON - The Walsh Group, one of North America's largest contractors, has announce that Tim Meana has been named General Manager for its Walsh Canada operations, which provides construction services across the Canadian building, civil, transportation and water markets. Meana will be responsible for growing and leading operations, while focusing on client relationships and subcontractor management.
Meana has spent his entire 20-year career at The Walsh Group. In his previous role as a Senior Project Manager, he became a proven leader across his diverse portfolio of large-scale building projects. Meana further emphasized his capabilities upon relocating to Toronto to manage the complex Women's College Hospital and Etobicoke General Hospital design-build-finance-maintain projects.

Tim holds a Master of Civil Engineering degree in construction management, a Master of Architecture degree in practice and technology, and a Bachelor of Science degree in architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a Registered Architect, LEED Accredited Professional and a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager by the Canadian Construction Association.
