The Walsh Group names Josh Bohanon vice president of water operations in Great Lakes region
The Walsh Group has announced that Josh Bohanon has been promoted to Vice President within its industry-leading water division.
As Vice President, Bohanon will provide oversight and leadership for water and wastewater projects across the Great Lakes region. His responsibilities will include consultation with owners, monitoring project progress, and supervision and review of management systems and staff. Bohanon is based out of the company's Indianapolis office.
"Josh has greatly impressed our customers and project teams with his leadership, and we are excited to see him take the next step forward," said Roy Epps, president of The Walsh Group's water division. "Josh obtained a wealth of knowledge and experience while working in tandem with Vice President Sam Bahou, and we look forward to Josh continuing Sam’s legacy, securing profitable work and evolving the Walsh brand across the Midwest water markets."
Josh has more than 26 years of experience and nine years with Walsh Construction. In his previous role as Program Manager, Josh was instrumental in building Walsh's collaborative delivery portfolio in the Great Lakes region, including the Northeast Flow Control Facility Design-Build project in Detroit, the Downriver Utility Wastewater Authority's Thermal Biosolids Drying Facility in Wyandotte, Michigan, the OMID Northeast Sewage Pump Station Upgrades CMAR in Detroit, and the Western Townships Utility Authority's Equalization Basin Expansion Progressive Design-Build project in Canton, Michigan.
