Archer Western builds The Victor, the tallest for-rent high-rise in Dallas' Victory Park
DALLAS, TX - The Victor, the tallest for-rent high-rise in Dallas' Victory Park has been unveiled by Hines, the international real estate firm. Built by Archer Western Construction, the 40-story tower houses 344 luxury residences and rises above any other residential community in Victory Park and Uptown Dallas. The building's modern design is strikingly visible inside and out, from its 'glass box' hovering above the podium and cantilevers of the building, to the art and design throughout the interior, bringing together the vibrancy of the Dallas neighborhood and international influences.
All of The Victor's residences, ranging from 539 square feet to more than 2,600 square feet, feature flexible living spaces, 10-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows. Amenities include a 38th-level sky amenity deck offering panoramic views of the skyline, gaming lounge, resort-style pool, fitness center and accessibility to 9,500 square feet of street-level retail and dining options that are onsite.
On levels 38 through 40, the building's 18 penthouses provide numerous exclusive offerings, including private garage parking, large outdoor private terraces, freestanding bathtubs, panelized Kitchen Aid appliances and ultra-luxurious finishes.

In addition to Irving-based Archer Western serving as general contractor, The Victor featured a Texas-based design team, including Munoz + Albin as design architect; Mayfield and Ragni Studio (MaRS) as interior designer of common areas; and TBG Parners as landscape architect.
Archer Western began construction in the fourth quarter of 2018. The Victor welcomed its first residents in April 2021 and upper levels are now officially complete.
