Walsh Construction to renovate historic Lawson House

Chicago, IL - Walsh Construction will soon begin its latest historic renovation project at the 90-year-old Lawson House, a 24-story apartment tower in the Near North area of Chicago. Walsh Construction and Farr Associates will modernize and convert the Art Deco building from 538 single-room occupancy units into 409 affordable apartments. The $122 million project is anticipated to be complete in 2024.
