The Walsh Group promotes Kyle Jones to Chief Operations Officer in Water Division
The Walsh Group is pleased to announce that Kyle Jones has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer within the company's Water Division.
As Chief Operations Officer, Jones will assist COO Duane Petersen with overall leadership of the water business. Additionally, Jones will work with company ownership and consult with clients, monitor project progress and review management systems and staff.

Kyle has more than 25 years of experience and 23 years with The Walsh Group. In his previous role as Vice President and Business Group Leader, Kyle was responsible for all water/wastewater projects in California. Notable projects included the $539 million Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant in San Francisco, the $121 million Digested Sludge Dewatering Facility at the San Jose-Santa Clara WRF, $75 million worth of work at the Hyperion Advanced Water Purification Facility in Los Angeles, as well as complex projects at the Temecula Valley Regional WRF in Temecula, California, Mel Leong Treatment Plant Upgrades in San Francisco and the $277 million Sunnyvale Secondary Treatment and Dewatering Project.
The Walsh Group, operating as Walsh Construction and Archer Western Construction, is one of the largest water treatment plant as wastewater treatment plant builders in the United States. In 2022, Engineering News-Record Magazine ranks The Walsh Group as the No. 1 Water Treatment Plant Builder and the No. 2 Wastewater Treatment Plant Builder.
