Safety Week is a time to reaffirm our dedication to the safety and well-being of everyone on every jobsite and in every office. The theme of "Value Every Voice" highlights our commitment to fostering a culture where every input matters, while emphasizing encouragement, listening, and empowerment as core principles. Safety is a collective responsibility to actively care for one another beyond mere compliance.
We're also celebrating advancement and collaboration, from embracing innovative safety technologies to engaging closely with trades and subcontractors. We focus on continuous improvement and collaboration to elevate safety standards while nurturing a culture of mutual respect and appreciation. Safety Week serves as a call to action to renew our commitment to valuing every voice, actively caring for each other, empowering every person and highlighting safety as everyone's responsibility.
During Safety Week, all Walsh Group projects and offices participate in activities to raise safety awareness, celebrate performance and educate personnel.
