The Walsh Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Suarez to Business Group Leader of Central Water
Arlington, Texas – The Walsh Group, one of the largest construction services providers in the United States, has promoted Michael Suarez to Business Group Leader for Central Water. In his new role, Michael will provide leadership and oversight for water and wastewater projects throughout the Central Water Region, including consultation with project owners, monitoring project performance, and supervising management systems and staff to help ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
"Michael has played an important role in the growth of our Central Water business through his leadership of major projects and strong relationships with our clients," said Kyle Jones. "Over the past 23 years, he has consistently delivered successful project outcomes while earning the trust of owners, partners and team members. Michael’s experience and understanding of our business have prepared him well for this leadership role as we continue to grow throughout the region.”
Suarez has spent the entirety of his 23-year construction career with Archer Western, where he has cultivated strong relationships with key customers, including the North Texas Municipal Water District, Upper Trinity Regional Water District, Trinity River Authority and the City of Dallas. These partnerships, combined with his proven leadership and technical expertise, have contributed to the acquisition and delivery of major infrastructure projects throughout the region. His project portfolio includes the $151 million Tom Taylor Regional WTP Expansion in Lewisville, Texas, the $296 million South Mesquite Reclamation Wastewater Treatment Plant, and the $240 million Denton Creek Regional Wastewater System Plant Expansion.
As Business Group Leader, Michael will help guide Central Water’s project teams, client relationships and operational priorities with a focus on consistent execution and long-term success across the region.
