This design-build project consisted of a 1.5-mile elevated double-alignment guideway including an automated people mover system. The guideway connects an existing terminal to the new CONRAC (Consolidated Rental Car) Facility located off the main airport site, while crossing over I-85, MARTA and CSX Railroad tracks. The rubber tired APM vehicles ride on the cast-in-place concrete structure and are controlled by guiderails and automatic systems.
