Located on a 315 acre greenfield site, this Wisconsin Data Center Campus includes three primary structures: a two-story conventional steel framed building with 294.4 MW critical IT load and associated administrative building, a one-story conventional steel framed building with 43.2 MW critical IT load, and a Central Utility Plant containing non-evaporative water-cooled chillers to support infrastructure spaces.
Walsh provided comprehensive preconstruction services to assist the owner with risk management, schedule development, and overall project feasibility. In addition, Walsh delivered OFCI management services, overseeing approximately 5,000 pieces of commissionable equipment, and implementing prefabrication and modularization strategies to add value and support the aggressive project schedule.
