Slover Memorial Library is an 83,000-square-foot, seven-level addition and 60,000-square-foot, four-level renovation of the historic downtown Norfolk Seaboard Building and Selden Arcade. The library includes a new entry plaza and garden into a recessed glass "forum" element which marries the two buildings into a single complex. It features state-of-the-art technology and offers access to books, computers, local history, study rooms for students, community meeting rooms, and more.
