The historic West Point Military Academy renovated one of its oldest campus buildings, Bartlett Hall Science Center, into a state-of-the-art facility. This project marked one of the first major renovations of an academic building at West Point. The building interior was completely renovated and new classrooms, laboratories and administrative areas were constructed. The renovation represents a complete upgrade of the historic structure, ranging from handicapped accessibility to meeting security and fire safety standards. Upon project completion, Bartlett Hall and an adjacent library became an expanded and modernized science center with more than 300,000 square feet for the school’s science programs.
