This 198-unit luxury condominium building project included a 39-story residential tower flanked by a 22-story north tower and a 16-story south tower, as well as three levels of underground parking. A private one-and-a-quarter-acre park designed by award-winning landscape architect Thomas Balsley is located on building grounds. At the peak of construction activity, 375 skilled tradespeople per day work on-site. Building occupancy was phased for the project. Floors one through 16 were granted occupancy while construction continued on upper floors. A Walsh team coordinated all work and trades with owner vendors and specialty contractors, as well as construction deliveries and elevator utilization for move-ins.
