Pivot Apartments will be a new 71-unit mixed-use project located on Seattle's Capitol Hill. The 75,000 square-foot building will stand eight stories tall, contain 11,000 square-feet of office space, 4,500 square-feet of restaurant/retail space, as well as underground parking. Amenities will include a spacious roof deck boasting a greenhouse, terraces, and a bike room.
