The Jay Pritzker Pavilion serves as the centerpiece of Chicago’s Millennium Park and is among the world’s most technologically advanced outdoor concert venues. The 52,000-square-foot pavilion features a performance shell with 679 massive curving stainless steel panels and seats 4,000 patrons. Sprawling outward from the pavilion stage and seating area is the 95,000-square-foot Great Lawn, a high-tech sand-based lawn seating area crisscrossed above by a steel trellis system that contains one of the most sophisticated sound systems in the world.
