The project consists of a 138,000-square-foot combined-use campus center and independent living building in an existing retirement community. A significant aspect of construction was integration of the new building with existing campus facilities, adding onto and improving the campus water main, increasing storm water retention systems, improving and expanding the medium-voltage campus electrical grid, and upgrading low-voltage system capabilities. The upper two floors of the building feature condominium-style living with high-end selected finishes. The ground-floor, 40,000-square-foot town center has a fellowship hall, formal and informal dining rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness room, a game room and classrooms.
