Walsh Logistics provided the activation, project scheduling and coordination, as well as overall transition project management services to ensure a seamless and efficient activation leading to the facilities operational readiness and Go Live. Walsh Logistics worked closely with each of the project team members of the OSU team, various equipment vendors and the Construction Manager to integrate with the overall construction schedule and develop a comprehensive Activation and Operational Readiness Plan. Our contract was extended to assist OSU with the oversite and logistics management of COVID-19 requirements that were put into place by OSU's epidemiologist for all Dental Operatories.

The Ohio State University College of Dentistry Postle Hall project is a new state of the art facility that encompasses approximately 130,000 SF that houses new student pre-clinical labs and patient clinics (176 Dental Treatment Operatories); an ambulatory surgery center, Dental Faculty Practice with 27 Dental Treatment Operatories; and a Central Sterilization Facility.
