New construction of a 66,000-gross-square-foot distribution and transfer center warehouse, produced for the Amazon Last Mile Delivery program. This distribution center features 10,000 square feet of associate support space, along with a 56,000-square-foot warehouse and staging space with seven dock positions, two roll up walkout doors and a drive through canopy designed for van staging.
