Archer Western increased the Temecula Valley Regional Water Reclamation Facility treatment capacity to 23 MGD with the construction of a new treatment plant and modifications to existing facilities. The Plant 3A facilities include new primary clarifiers, sludge/drain pump station, scum pump station, in-channel fine screens, bioreactors, RAS pump station, WAS pump station, blower building, membrane tanks and equipment system. Additional features include an air scour blower facility, citric acid storage and feed system, CIP tank, chlorine contact basin, TEPS electrical building, a new biogas compression system with purification facility and drain pump station. The new facilities also include a 33-kV to 12kV substation and installation of power conduits from the Southern California Edison (SCE) system.
