Walsh Logistics welcomes Haley Troiano
I have a degree in Interior Design and have been in the Healthcare Project Management industry for over 10 years. The majority of my career has had a focus in furniture, medical equipment, moves and asset management. I have worked with several large healthcare providers in Central Ohio including Nationwide Children's Hospital, OhioHealth and Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My Husband Dominic and I have 3 children: Jacob, Ella and Delanie. On the weekends we enjoy hosting family and friends at our home, usually watching a football game and/or having a cookout!
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
Building relationships and gaining the trust of my clients. I take pride in being a person they know they can turn to that will get the job done. Every Healthcare system does things a little differently, so it is a fun challenge to adapt and grow my skillset in these fast-paced environments.
What is a skill you think everyone should learn?
Teamwork. As a PM, I have never failed when working as part of a team of people that truly want to collaborate and work hard to get the job done.
What is one thing that surprised you about working at Walsh?
Every single person I have met has been beyond welcoming and positive! You can really tell this is a group of people that care about each other both personally and professionally.
What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever done?
I have been skydiving! It was the craziest rush of adrenaline I have ever experienced. I couldn't breathe for about 10 minutes AFTER getting on the ground!
