AMLI Evanston is a 214-unit, 367,374-square-foot residential apartment building with one level below grade, a two-story cast-in-place concrete podium for parking and a wood-framed four-story structure above. The building includes 14 live/work spaces, six retail spaces, and was constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
