This design-build housing replacement project included construction of 380 single and duplex military family housing units with all necessary and supporting amenities and facilities. The project also included demolition of 380 existing family housing units with asbestos and lead paint removal. Project site work involved roadway extension, roadway overlay, electrical replacement to underground utilities, street lighting, signage, landscaping, sidewalks, traffic revisions, sewers, storm drainage system, cable TV, telephone system and waterline extensions. New housing units include two-, three- and four-bedroom units with air conditioning, patios, decks, fencing, porches, storage and garages.
