Archer Western tops out Panorama Tower
Charlotte, NC - Archer Western and Panorama Holdings have topped out Panorama Tower and poured the final bucket of concrete atop the 15-story mixed-use building in Ballantyne Village. The 277,000-gross-square-foot building will include a Marriott AC Hotel, six floors of office space and a rooftop restaurant.
The new hotel and mixed-use structure will be the latest addition to the revamped Ballantyne neighborhood that features four million square feet of Class A office space, several corporate headquarters, upscale shopping and numerous dining amenities.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2021.
