Archer Western tops out 3111 Sunset luxury residential tower

Flower Mound, Texas - Archer Western has celebrated a significant construction milestone at 3111 Sunset, a new 16-story luxury residential tower. Crews topped out the structure, signing, hoisting and placing the final steel beam atop the newest residential development in Flower Mound.

3111 Sunset will consist of 207 units, inclusive of one through three bedroom tower residences, penthouse units, townhomes, as well as 6,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a five-level parking garage. Units in the building will average 1,485 square feet.

The project is being built by Archer Western, designed by Merriman Anderson Architects and developed by Realty Capital Residential, Creek Lane Capital and Barings. The project is expected to be complete in early 2025 and resides within the Lakeside Village resort community.
