The Walsh Group promotes Ryan Lynch to Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment in Building Division
CHICAGO - The Walsh Group, one of the largest construction service providers in the United States, has announced Ryan Lynch as Vice President of Healthy, Safety and Environment (HSE) within the Building Division.
As Vice President, Lynch will be responsible for ensuring compliance with and implementation of all Building Division HSE programs, policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local regulations. He will also be responsible for staffing and HSE education/training goals for all Building teams across The Walsh Group.
"Ryan has showcased his ability to lead and establish the Building Group’s HSE programs and standards that align with our values, goals and regulatory requirements,” said Sean Walsh, part of the fourth generation of family ownership at The Walsh Group. “Ryan’s expertise in deploying continuous improvement processes, developing safety strategies, and setting key metrics will continue to position Walsh as a best-in-class safety performer while fostering strong relationships with crews and customers.”
Lynch has 24 years of construction experience and 21 years with Walsh, previously serving as Senior Director of HSE for The Walsh Group’s Building Division, where he was leading safety teams across the Chicago, Nashville, Dallas and Washington DC markets. With over two decades of experience, Ryan will utilize his knowledge, leadership and relationships to further strengthen our safety preparations, performance and culture.
