Miami, Florida - Weaving through the intricate arch work of the I-395 Signature Bridge in Miami, breathtaking drone footage captures the progress of the structures set to redefine the city’s skyline. The project will feature six iconic arches, with the first connection already complete and significant milestones approaching.
The second arch, positioned over Northeast Second Avenue, is nearing its full connection as all 41 precast, 90-ton arch segments are in place. Next, the two sides of this arch will be joined through a cast-in-place concrete pour, marking another major step forward.
At the eastern end of the project, precast segments for the tallest arch are rising into position. This impressive structure will soar 330 feet, serving as a striking visual landmark for Miami’s transportation network.
Being built by a joint venture between Archer Western Construction and the de Moya Group, the I-395 Signature Bridge is part of the I-395/SR 836/I-95 Design-Build Project that will enhance connectivity and alleviate congestion along these three major Miami corridors.
