Walsh Construction Completes Structural Milestone for Four Seasons Private Residences Washington DC
WASHINGTON, DC – Walsh Construction and its subcontracting partners have achieved structural top out of the Four Seasons Private Residences in Washington D.C.’s Georgetown neighborhood. Led by The Georgetown Company and The Levy Group, the Four Seasons Private Residences Washington, DC aims to transform a local landmark into a modern icon of luxury. Alongside The Georgetown Company in partnership with The Levy Group and Mohari Hospitality, project investors and design partners, Walsh Construction joined DC Deputy Mayor Nina Albert and members of the community to celebrate this major milestone achievement.
The Four Seasons Private Residences redevelops the decommissioned Georgetown West Heating Plant into a 270,000 gross-square-foot property featuring 70 privately-owned luxury residences and 25,000 square feet of private amenity space, designed by New York-based Ingrao and Associates. The development also includes the completion of a 1-acre park designed by world-renowned OLIN Studios, and improvements to the surrounding Rock Creek Park pedestrian pathways. The project design is led by Executive Architect SLCE, based in New York.
