This data center project delivered a 47,309 SF, two story expansion, adding two new data center halls to an existing network facility. The expansion supports 7,000 SF of day-one white space and includes fully redundant electrical infrastructure, featuring new medium-voltage service, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, and RPPs to ensure high availability and reliability. A new Building Automation System was installed in the addition and integrated with the BAS System in the existing facility. Critical spaces utilize N+1 cooling capacity with AHUs and CRAC units. Design includes raised floors, clean agent fire protection system, hot aisle containment and security caging. The project required extensive site work including the installation of a retaining wall and new storm management system. Future infrastructure build-out includes set-up for additional generators, power rooms, transformers, AHUs and CRAC Units.
