The project involves construction management of a 660,000-square-foot corporate headquarters on a 14.5-acre site. The site is located on the southern end of a mixed-use development in Crocker Park. The project includes a five-story structural steel base building and approximately 600,000 square feet of custom interior build-out with executive spaces, retail spaces and full accommodations to support a staff of more than 800 employees. The project delivers high-end finishes, a unique interior courtyard structure, a curtain wall system and a connecting pedestrian bridge to an adjacent parking structure.
