Roosevelt Collection is a retail and residential project located on eight acres in downtown Chicago. Covering 1.6 million square feet, it has three levels of parking, 342 condominium lofts, 50 retail and restaurant spaces, a 16-screen theater and a two-acre public park. The project's deep foundations are made up of more than 40 miles of piles, a first in Chicago history, and are topped with concrete pile caps.
