A mixed-use development complex consisting of a residential family tower, a residential senior living tower, a Target shopping center and additional street level retail space on a five-acre site. Wilson Yard is named for a former rail yard that was one of four parcels acquired for the six-acre mixed-use development.
The project features a 180,000-square-foot Target center; 30,000 square feet of other retail, office and restaurant space; and 700 parking spaces. The residential portion of the mixed-use development consists of two seven-story apartment towers. The LEED Silver project also incorporates a 42,000-square-foot green roof.
