Walsh Logistics is providing Initial Outfitting & Transition (IO&T) services relocating existing operations from 11 facilities to 2 new buildings totaling 299,968 gsf: Replacement Laboratory (282,052 gsf) and Central Utility Plant (17,916 gsf). This facility includes wet labs, field labs, vivarium, lab offices, ancillary spaces, logistics, and building support spaces for approximately 283 personnel. All 11 buildings are outside of the footprint of the MILCON construction and within 3 miles of the new facility. Our Services include: Project Management, Comprehensive Interior Design, Comprehensive Medical Equipment Planning, Low Voltage Integration, DMLSS Input, Equipment Purchasing, Transition Planning & Relocation, Chemical Movement, Installation, Testing and Training, Final Turnover and Closeout.
