Walsh Logistics initially performed furniture, fixtures, and equipment inventory for the Owner to assist with reuse and disposition determinations for the new spaces. Once completed, WL assisted the Owner with move coordination to accommodate upcoming construction work by Walsh.

The project constructed by Walsh is a three-story addition to the Alexian Brother's Operating Room (OR) Suite and a renovation to the existing Same Day Surgery (SDS) and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The new addition includes 8,787 SF of ground level shell space for future build out, 10,423 SF for (4) new ORs and (2) future ORs, and 5,000SF for a Mechanical Penthouse. The 4,793 SF of SDS upgrades includes a new layout to allow for increased patient privacy, (1) new recovery bay, MEPFP and finish upgrades. The 16,223 SF of PACU renovations will take a segmented suite and provide an updated PACU unit with a more functional layout, (24) recovery bays, and a new centralized Nurse and Support Core.
