Walsh Logistics provided transition planning and move services along with decommissioning services for vacated buildings. The main goal of the project was to put the patients and staff first, always, while demonstrating stewardship by keeping to the established budgetary parameters, maximizing operating efficiency to ensure Operational Readiness on Day One in the new facility.
The project included two main phases of work: Phase 1 involved the transition of the Immediate Care Center department from the east side of the building to the west side. Phase 2 involved the relocation of six different specialty clinics (Primary Care, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, Imaging, Physical Therapy, and Cardiology) from locations outside of this building into the newly constructed suite.
