The facility is 1.63 million square feet on a 225-acre site that consists of 41 acres under roof, 47 acres of pavement and 141 acres of site work. 42,000 square feet of office space spread over five interior office pods with an exterior guard house and pump house. Site work included four retaining walls, sanitary sewers, an entrance road and an employee parking lot. 2,000,000 cubic yards of earth were moved.
