The Walsh Group promotes Scott Piefer to Senior Vice President of Midwest Transportation
CHICAGO, IL - The Walsh Group, one of the largest contractors in the United States, has promoted Scott Piefer to Senior Vice President of Midwest Transportation.
As Senior Vice President, Piefer will provide extended leadership and oversee construction operations across The Walsh Group's expansive Midwest transportation market. Piefer will consult with owners, monitor project progress, supervise and review the Midwest Transportation division's management systems and staff. Scott will be based out of the company's headquarters in Chicago.

Scott has 34 years of experience, with nearly three years at Walsh, and previously served in an executive leadership role within Midwest Transportation. Scott's leadership has helped to significantly influence the growth of Walsh’s regional portfolio, including Merchants Bridge in St. Louis and multiple projects Walsh is constructing for the Illinois Tollway Authority along I-294 in Chicago's western suburbs.
