Walsh Construction completes Broadview Senior Apartments

Broadview, IL - Walsh Construction has completed Broadview Senior Apartments, a new three-story development offering 70 one and two-bedroom units of affordable housing for seniors, with 11 units dedicated for special needs residents. The project was designed by WJW Architects and features energy-efficient and green building initiatives to achieve long-term sustainability and a healthy living environment for all residents. Broadview Senior Apartments recently received National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Bronze Certification.
